The Flame Radio is an online radio station envisioned by Emmanuel Abboah-Offei, driven by his passion for advocacy and his personal experiences with cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, and visual impairment. Operating under the slogan “Voice for the Voiceless,” the station focuses on empowering individuals with disabilities, particularly in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and surrounding areas. It aims to raise awareness and advocate for special educational needs and disabilities through diverse programming and community engagement.
